Discipleship Training

In January 2006, Pastor Alan and Gloria moved to Surfside Beach from Rhode Island to help care for and support Gloria’s parents. Alan works full-time as a home care physical therapist and Gloria volunteers at Habitat for Humanity They have two grown children who reside in Rhode Island. That same year they joined the young, vibrant, growing GSCC family. They serve in the areas of worship and music, outreach, teaching and discipleship training. As a new pastoral team they are excited about being involved in the loving, caring, compassionate family of God at Grand Strand Community Church. They look forward to reaching out into the local community and other areas as God leads.
